Music Launch Teacher Partnership Agreement

By joining Music Launch, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Music Launch provides marketing services, payment processing, and access to our proven teaching frameworks (Stage Ready Sprint™, Mastery Path™).

2. Fees

Standard: £95/month + 10% application fee
Pro: £195/month + 15% application fee
Fees only activate once you have 5 or more Mastery Path students.

3. Payment Processing

All student payments are processed through Stripe Connect. You must maintain a verified Stripe account. Stripe's processing fees (1.5% + 20p) are separate from Music Launch fees.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to deliver high-quality instruction, respond to enquiries within 24 hours, maintain appropriate insurance and DBS checks, and commit to a minimum £150-250/month ad spend.

5. Intellectual Property

Music Launch trademarks and frameworks are licensed to you for the duration of this agreement only.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using Music Launch branding and frameworks.

7. Data Protection

Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR. You are the data controller for your students' data.

Full terms available upon request. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We need to see your availability to help coordinate student placement and marketing.

Please share your main Google Calendar with us so we can see your teaching availability.

How to share:

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Click the ⋮ menu next to your main calendar
  3. Select "Settings and sharing"
  4. Under "Share with specific people", click "Add people"
  5. Enter: gareth@musiclaunch.co.uk
  6. Set permission to "See all event details"
  7. Click "Send"
